I'm not sure that Friday's are a good thing anymore. I used to really look forward to them, but now... I really only get one day off this week before RWA Nationals - Saturday. Which isn't really a day off because I have so much other crap to do so I can be ready! Sunday I'll be at the conference hotel helping stuff tote bags. Monday and Tuesday are devoted to the day job. Wednesday will be a mix of conference and dealing with kid business.
Probably conference to register/check things out, then 40 min - 1 hour back home to deal with kid dr. appt, then at least 1 hour of traffic back to downtown Dallas to attend the Literacy signing event at 5:30. It seems incredibly early for such an event. 200 authors with only 2 hours?
I ordered a new outfit which still hasn't shipped to me! I have a feeling I won't have it in time for next week. Bummer.
